As for the LED screen business, There are two categories of product need HS code. 1: LED display, 2: LED Screen accessories like spare parts, LED board, Hub Board, power supplier for LED screen.
SMD means surface mount led, which is a technology for led lamp package. While GOB means Glue on board, which is a treatment that put glue on the led module surface where it already have thousand of SMD lamps(pixels).
