Column LED screen is not a small invest, hence it is important to know what is a good column led display, how to do product inspection.

We can devide the inspection process into five parts.

First part is about basic information inspection. 

In this prat, You need to check about whether the LED lamp, IC, power supplier have used the same brand as described in your PI. Whther the product is produced with the required pixel pitch

Second part is about the appearance inspection. 

In this part, You need to check 1: if the led module has color differences, 2: if the cabinets have splicing gaps or bumps. 3: If all the concerning objects have scraches, or if they are newly made. 4: Does all the stickers exist? 5: Does the led module and conncerning parts have bad soldering. 

Third part is about the installation inspection.

In this part, the screen need to be installed. And we can check if the cabinet are spliced seamlessly, and if the led moudle is spliced seamlessly. Does the cabinet have loose screws or bolts. Does the power cable and signal cable connection ok?

Fourth part is about the functionality inspection.

In this part, we would light the screen up.  And doing following inspections. Greyscale testing, CCT testing, Brightness testing, Viewing angle testing, Dead lamp testing, Refresh rate testing, and power consumption testing. Fifth part is about stability inspection.

In thi spart, 1: We would turn off and on the power for at least 3 times, to see if the screen can act normally. 2: We would test the groud resistance. 3: We would test the leakage current. 4: we would also test the high voltage test.

After those five parts inspection, and if the screen can all pass, then this screen can be deemed as a acceptable screen.
