以下は、TrendForceによるLEDディスプレイのコスト内訳に関する調査データです。構成要素は、LEDランプ、ドライバIC、PCB、電源／キャビネット／コントローラ、そしてSMT／成形／組立の5つのパートに分類されます。
必要なピクセルピッチはどれくらいですか？
画素ピッチとは、隣接する画素同士の距離のことです。画面サイズが同じであれば、画素ピッチが狭いほど解像度は高くなりますが、その分、使用されるLEDランプやICの数は増加します。LEDランプやICの数が増えれば、それに伴いコストも上昇します。以下に、画素ピッチごとのLEDランプおよびICの搭載数を示した表を掲載しております。
では、ご自身に必要なピクセルピッチをどのように判断すればよいのでしょうか？この問いにお答えするにあたり、通常はお客様に対し、「LEDディスプレイから観客までの最短視距離はどのくらいですか？」とお伺いしております。人間の目には、ある一定の距離を超えると個々のピクセルを識別できなくなるという特性があります。当社では、その距離を「最小最適視距離」と定義しており、これまでの経験に基づいた算出式は以下の通りとなります。

どのLEDランプのブランドをご希望ですか？
LEDディスプレイの製造コストにおいて、LEDランプが最も大きな割合を占めています。そのため、LEDランプの価格がわずかに変動するだけでも、製品全体の最終価格に多大な影響を及ぼします。市場には多種多様なLEDランプのブランドが存在し、その価格差が極めて大きい場合も珍しくありません。多くの顧客が抱く疑問として、「高価なブランドのLEDランプは、やはり品質も優れているのか？」という点があるでしょう。確かに、価格の高いLEDランプは品質面でも優れています。ここで言う「品質」には、主に以下の2つの側面があります。1つ目は「視覚効果（映像美）」、そして2つ目は「耐久性」です。実のところ、大半のLEDランプブランドにおいて、その耐久性に大きな違いはありません（ただし、当社では高価格帯のLEDランプを採用したソリューションに対し、標準的な製品よりも長期の保証を提供しております）。両者の最大の違いは、視覚効果にあります。高価格帯のLEDランプは、赤・緑・青の各色における「色の一貫性（均一性）」がより優れています。また、使用されている素材も高品質です。例えば、SMD型LEDランプの場合、ベース素材として銅製のものと鉄製のものがありますが、一般的に普及している標準的なブランドの製品には、鉄製のベースが採用されています。価格帯の観点から見たブランドのランク付けは、以下の通りとなります（ここに記載した以外にも多数のブランドが存在しますが、ここでは特に一般的で代表的なブランドを挙げています）。

And for our Tepixel, we normally suggest customer to use at least Kinglight, and we normally use Nationstar and Kinglight.
What IC brand do you need?
IC is the most import component that determine the led display’s visual effect, like the led lamp, the durability of different IC brands are similar, while the biggest difference lies in the visual effect. Low price IC would easily to have color shifting, or inconsistent color, or nonlinear in greyscale, or bad low greyscale performance the list goes on and on. Even with the same specs, for example 3840hz refresh rate or 7680Hz refresh rate. Good IC’s price can be easily 5th times the price of the lower price ICs. We tepixel always want to provide our customer with good visual effect product, hence normally we use Chipone’s IC.

Chipone is the biggest led display manufacturer, would suggest to use Chipone’s IC.
What PSU brand do you need?
Power supplier Unit is the key component to make the led display reliable and steady. As from most of our experience, most failure parts of the led display is the PSU. And the price of different PSU also varies greatly. For Some brand, the cost of 1pcs PSU can even buy 10pcs of other brand PSU with the same wattage output. Of course the quality is also totally different. And the PSU is also the key component that determine where it can be used. From the price Wise, you can see the PSU brand rank as below:
Meanwell > HWAWAN > GoldPower > Megmeet > Xingxiu=Chuanglian=Rongdian>G-Energy.
Normally we would suggest as lest to Use Xingxiu level PSU.
Do you need GOB treatment?
GOB means glue on board. LED display is consisted by LED lamp, and LED lamp is soldering on the PCB, when there is a scratch, the led lamp would come off the PCB, hence for pixel pitch over 1.9mm, you would see it has a mask between the led lamps. While when pixel pitch below 1.9mm, it does not have enough room to place mask to protect the led lamp. And when pixel pitch below 1.9mm, it also means the led lamp’s package size is smaller, so does the soldering pad which also means it has smaller attach force on the PCB and easier to come off the PCB.
Then GOB technology comes to market. It applies a layer on glue to fully cover the led lamp and PCB, which protect the led lamp. You can have more detail in this article: https://tepixel.com/gob-led-display/
