check if the materials used in the order is compliant with the PI. This is a important step that can determine the visual effect of the led display. The important check items are as below:<\/p><p>1: Splicing gaps check: the tolerance of the splicing gaps should be less than 5% of the pixel pitch. Which means if you ordered a pixel pitch 2.5mm screen, then the tolerance should be less than 0.125mm.<\/p><p>2: Splicing evenness check: the tolerance of the splicing evenness should be less than 5% of the pixel pitch. Which means if you ordered a pixel pitch 2.5mm screen, then the tolerance should be less than 0.125mm.<\/p><p>3:Screen color uniformity: Viewing from different angle to check if the the screen have different color blocks.
